Zig Zag Spring Description

Zig Zag Springs (also known as No-sag or Serpentine springs are used a lot in modern furniture .
A minimum of 5 springs should be used under each seating area i.e. chair = 5 springs, 2 seater sofa =10 springs. However the more zig zag springs used the firmer the seat. When the zig zag springs are fitted across the seat they should be almost flat with just a slight dome upwards and all the zig zag springs should then be tied into place with laid cord, three rows across a normal size seat. This makes the zig zag springs act as a unit instead of individually, which can cause them to break easier.

Zig Zag Springs General Guidelines:

1. Furniture and Auto seat cushions: 9 Gauge

2. Furniture Seat Backs: 11 Gauge

3. Auto Seat Backs: 12 Gauge (or 11 gauge for heavier duty use)

About Packing

Normally,our standard packing is 300pcs or 500pcs per bag,packed with green knitted bag.We also can pack the goods will plywood carton,but there will be extra packing fee.

About Delivery

1. Goods will be shipped from Guangzhou / Shenzhen port,ship in 5 - 15 days after receiving the deposit,just according to the order quantities.
2. If trade in EXW,goods will be loaded in factory or if you need us send the goods to appointed loading place,it's also ok,but maybe will have extra fee.
3. If trade in FOB / CIF term,goods will be shipped from Guangzhou / Shenzhen port.
